The California Civil Rights Department published final versions of pay data reporting templates that apply to the 2025 reporting year. These templates have new data fields to report:
- Employment type
- Employee exemption status
- Weeks worked during the year
Additionally, guidance has been issued, including a user guide, FAQ answers, and an employer handbook that offers assistance with completing the templates.
