Expanded Relief for Forms 1095-B or 1095-C

In late December, the Employer Reporting Improvement Act and Paperwork Burden Reduction Act were signed into law. These change the distribution requirements for IRS Forms 1095-B and 1095-C to employees and covered individuals. Eligible employers have expanded relief for furnishing these forms.
